3rd MO Project Youth Convening in Kettleman City
With support from communities and youth involved in the California Convergence, CANFIT presents:
MO Project is a media contest for California youth ages 13-18 that want to make a difference in their community. Affordable, healthy food and safe & accessible areas for physical activity are scarce in many places across the state. The time is now to build healthier communities and let the world know that youth deserve MO! MO good food! MO physical activity! MO play spaces! MO opportunities for youth! CANFIT will be hosting regional youth convenings across the state to give youth the tools necessary to share their vision of improving the health of their community. The work of the youth will be shown to state and local representatives to help shape future funding and laws. Make Media. Make a Difference.
